Samuel Pinder, 43, of 139 Da Silva Street, Newtown was up to press time receiving treatment for a gunshot wound to the face and lacerations to his hands.
A release from the Georgetown Public Hospital said the man was taken to the institution at 21:40 hrs. The release stated that he was fully conscious and being treated.
