Earlier GCC Under-19 spinner Devon Lord grabbed 4 for 17 and was backed up  by fast-bowler Joshua Wade (2-11) and leg-spinner Raj Nannan (2-14), as they restricted the Canadians to 103 for 8 in their 20 overs.

Batsmen S Dhillion (34) and Ayanb (31) were the top scorers for the Canadians.
