Dear Editor,
I am just writing to say thank you to the GWI for their speedy action on my sewage problem. However, I would like to add that they should not have let it get to that point. It really took too many calls and far too many weeks of dealing with having one’s breakfast with that terrible stench around, and the publication of my letter for them to fulfil their duty. Please do not let this happen in the future. After all, this isn’t my first publication regarding the very same matter. Nonetheless, thank you GWI.
