We refer to Mr Leon Suseran’s letter in the Stabroek News edition of March 17 captioned ‘No money at Republic Bank ATM at NA branch on Sunday.’
We apologise for the inconvenience on Sunday, March 16, between the hours of 7.45am and 11.58am, which resulted in customers being unable to complete their debit card transactions as our ATM and Point of Sale facilities were temporarily out of service. This was due to technical issues which were resolved, and all of our ATM and Point of Sale facilities are now in service.
