A labourer yesterday appeared before city magistrate Fabayo Azore to answer a charge of stealing three cows.
Robert Khan denied that between June 11 and June 12, 2013 at Lethem, he stole three cows, valued at $300,000, belonging to Dereck Tulleram.
No further details about the charge were presented to the court.
The prosecution had no objections to bail, which was set at
$100,000 and Khan was ordered to return to court on September 2.
