Attorney at Law and APNU Shadow Minister for Public Infrastructure, Joseph Harmon has been appointed as the General Secretary for A Partnership for National Unity, a release from the coalition said today.
Harmon was appointed by the APNU Leadership Council at a meeting held on Saturday 20th September 2014 at the Office of the Leader of the Opposition, Hadfield Street, Georgetown, the release added.
