Patsan’s ex-employees found not guilty of theft

Six former employees of Patsan Trading Services were yesterday found not guilty at the end of a trial before Magistrate Judy Latchman at the Georgetown Magistrates Courts.

It was alleged that between August 28 and September 21, 2012 at Georgetown, Cecil Persaud, Marlon Bachu, Jermain Tollock, Romando Persaud, Cordell Minnoo and Jose Rodney broke and entered the bond of Patsan Trading Services and stole 550 cases of Milex High & Lo milk powder valued $15,280,960 property of Anand Seebarran, Sunita Seebarran, and Michael Seebarran trading under the name and style of Patsan.

The men were all found not guilty by the court and the case was dismissed.
