Suspect in five north west arson murders dies

At about 0320h today, police say that Linus La Cruz, 50 years, of Port Kaituma, NWD, succumbed at the GPHC where he had been admitted suffering from burns to his body.

La Cruz was the suspect in the deaths of his wife Lurlene La Cruz and four of their children who perished in a fire at their home on March 14, 2014.
