The Guyana Police Force is notifying the General Public of the circulation of a number of forged firearm approvals.
The police said that in order to prevent being a victim of this scam, members of the public are advised that no money is required for the processing of firearm applications and that the procedure on the results of their application is via a mail through the post.
Please find attached a copy of one such forged approvals.
