Police Detectives in ‘A’ Division say they are investigating the murder of Jermaine Simon, 24yrs, of 46 Norton Street Bagotstown E.B.D, which occurred about 20:30hrs yesterday at Norton Street, Bagotstown
Enquiries disclosed that Simon was riding a bicycle and as he was passing in front of the suspect’s house, the suspect suddenly rushed out of his yard and discharged a round at the victim with a handgun, hitting him to his forehead.
Simon was rushed to the Georgetown Public Hospital where he died whilst receiving treatment. The suspect not yet arrested.
Investigations are continuing.
