A security guard accused of breaking and entering a home and stealing a television was remanded to prison.
Rocky Lochan pleaded not guilty yesterday at the Providence Magistrate’s Court. Lochan is accused of breaking and entering the home of Dawn Smith at Kaneville, Grove, between April 15 and April 16 and stealing a 34-inch Panasonic flat screen television, valued $200,000.
The 39-year-old man of 1041 Kaneville, Grove, was denied bail by Magistrate Leron Daly. His next court date is May 21.
