The three persons who were taken into police custody in relation to the shooting of University of Guyana (UG) law student Glenfield Dennison have been released on station bail.
A senior police official yesterday confirmed that the trio, including Dennison’s ex-girlfriend, was released on station bail after being arrested on Monday pending investigations.
Dennison, a Belizean, was shot twice last Thursday around 9pm outside his Cummings Lodge, East Coast Demerara home.
He was rushed to the Georgetown Public Hospital (GPH) with a single gunshot wound to his chest and one to his hand and up to yesterday he remained a patient admitted in the hospital’s Intensive Care Unit (ICU).
