In Monday’s edition of Stabroek News under the headline `Inside job suspected after robbers grab $1.7M from Lands and Surveys’ it was erroneously reported that the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Guyana Lands and Surveys Commission was Doorga Persaud. The CEO is Renee Duesbury and it was he who said that “There was a robbery and the matter is being investigated by the police” and declined further comment. Stabroek News regrets the error.
