Avril Merchant was elected president of the Transport and General Sports Club when that body held its annual general meeting recently at the Transport and General Sports Club, Thomas Lands.
Ivor English is now the senior vice president and Kenrick Fraser the junior vice president
Abiola Craig is the honorary secretary and Brian Galloway the assistant secretary
The committee members are Shaun Massiah – cricket, Charles Greaves –football and Emily Dodson dominoes
Among the items on the agenda were the financial report and the report by the chairman of the interim management committee.
