A 15-year-old boy died on Friday after crashing into a truck at Monkey Mountain in Region Right (Potaro Siparuni).
The dead teen has been identified as Huston Stanislaus of Monkey Mountain.
Details remain sketchy, however Stabroek News told that the teen was riding an ATV when he crashed into a truck.
As a result of the crash, he sustained injuries to his abdomen and later succumbed.
First responders were unable to seek immediate medical attention for the lad owing to the distance between the nearest health facility and where the incident occurred.
