Fashion and sport apparel giant Colours Boutique continued their invaluable support of the Guinness ‘Greatest of the Streets’ Championship by donating an assortment of team uniforms for every zone yesterday.

The presentation occurred at company’s Robb Street location and was conducted by company representative Creanna Damon.

A total of 16 sets of uniforms will be handed over to the teams entering the round of 16 stage in the Georgetown edition.

Each team will receive seven shirts, trunks and socks respectively, totalling 336 pieces.

Receiving the uniforms on behalf of the tournament was Three Peat Promotions Rawle Welch, coordinator of the event’s Georgetown, East Coast Demerara and National Championships.

Welch during brief remarks, thanked the company for their vital support, which, he said, was integral to the overall and continued success of the tournament.

“The value of this contribution cannot be understated. Colours Boutique must be commended for their continued assistance in the development of grassroot sports. The uniforms add an even higher layer of professionalism to the tournament and we are exceptionally grateful for the contribution.”
