ANKARA, (Reuters) – Turkey’s president today dismissed Saudi Arabia’s efforts to blame the killing of a prominent journalist on rogue operatives, calling it a planned, “savage killing”, and demanded Riyadh punish those responsible, no matter how highly placed.
