Defending ‘Screw’ Richmond Memorial champs win

Defending champion Christianburg/Wismar Secondary and Linden Foundation secured 3-1 wins over Harmony Secondary and the Private School Combined respectively, when the 10th Edward `Screw’ Richmond Memorial Football Championships continued on Friday.

Christianburg/Wismar were led by a double from Michael Adams in the 65th and 71st minute at the Wisburg Secondary School ground. He was assisted by an Andre Peters 20th minute effort.

For Harmony, Bryan Culpepper netted in the 29th minute.

Linden Foundation Secondary clinched the win compliments of a brace in the 23rd and 46th minute alongside a Jamal Peters 54th minute conversion.

For the loser, Javonte Lewis found the back of the net in the 65th minute.
