A man was granted his release on $70,000 bail yesterday after he denied a possession of cannabis charge in a city court.
Marlon King, 26, of 608 Ninth Street, Cummings Lodge, was charged with being in possession of 8.3 grammes of cannabis at Bamia Soesdyke-Linden Highway on June 14th.
King pleaded not guilty and was granted bail while the case was adjourned until June 26th, when it will be heard at the Linden Magistrate’s Court.
