A 23-year-old Guyhoc Park resident was released on $40,000 bail by a Georgetown Magistrate after he pleaded not guilty to two charges.

Kevin Dundas of Lot H 30, Guyhoc Park, stood in the courtroom of Senior Magistrate Leron Daly yesterday when he pleaded not guilty to a threatening language charge and an unlawful wounding charge.

The first charge states that on June 24th at Diamond Bus Park (Route 42), he unlawfully wounded Brandon Greene. The other charge states on August 24th at Diamond Bus Park, he used threatening behaviour towards Brandon Greene.

Dundas pleaded not guilty to both charges. He told the court “me and Greene had a problem before that was supposed to come to court.”

Magistrate Daly granted Dundas bail for both charges, $30,000 for the unlawful wounding and $10,000 for the threatening behaviour. He was instructed to return to court on a later date in September.
