Dear Editor,
The return of lawlessness and other forms of degenerate behaviour at Stabroek Market area is being attributed to supervisory ranks ‘not performing to expectations ‘.
Really! This is what citizens are expected to accept.
The Chief Constable would do better to accept responsibility and where he has failed instead of passing the buck…is not me is them.
