Dear Editor,
So the Head of the Guyana Police Force “isn’t bothered” by the crime rate! This is a shocking remark to make by such a senior officer and must surely be roundly condemned by all and especially by the victims of crime. Indeed, there is a strong case to be made for a robust apology for such an asinine remark.
