Dear Editor,
On the 21st October I delivered a letter to the City Engineer pointing out various blockages in the drains/alley from Quamina Street to Church Street.
Nothing was done. About two weeks later we had a rainy day. Guess what? The area had unnecessary flooding. The drains/alley, as of today, have not been cleared.
