Contract for $259m awarded to Ivor Allen for Ruimveldt Polyclinic

Cabinet yesterday noted the award of contracts by procurement agencies for a number of projects including $259.7m to Ivor Allen for the construction of the Ruimveldt Polyclinic and $71.3m to B&J Civil Works for rehabilitation of roadways from Paramakatoi to Monkey Mountain in Region Eight.

The continuing award of these contracts under the caretaker administration has raised various concerns.
