The Board of Directors of the Guyana Manufact-uring and Services Association (GMSA) yesterday hosted its Annual Presentation Awards Dinner  which  featured Dr. Mark Bynoe, Director, Department of Energy, Ministry of the Presidency as the keynote speaker on oil and gas matters.
