Paramakatoi man accused of stealing $2M at Ogle Airport

A Paramakatoi man was on Monday released on $150,000 bail after being charged with stealing $2 million.

The charge against Lennox Aaron, 42, of Paramakatoi Village, stated that on October 23rd, at Ogle Airport, East Coast Demerara, he stole $2,000,000, which was the property of Pedro Luz.

When Aaron appeared before Magistrate Rochelle Liverpool at the Sparendaam Magistrate’s Court on Monday, he pleaded not guilty to the charge. He was subsequently granted his release on $150,000 bail and is expected to return to court on February 18th, 2020.
