Osbourne told the court that he was sentenced to two years in prison for robbery before and was released two weeks ago. Charles also told the court that he was sentenced to six months in prison three years ago for attempted murder.

Police prosecutor Adduni Inniss did not release much information to the court, however, she informed the court that both men admitted to the robbery on the day they were arrested. Upon receiving this information, the magistrate denied them bail and the matter was transferred to the Bartica Magistrate’s Court, where it is scheduled to be recalled on June 21.
