Dear Editor,
It is very disturbing to witness the suffering for water especially during the short holiday season, can you imagine no water and in the homes of people at Eccles Old Road near to the Oxygen Company? Why must this be so? People had no water in their homes to celebrate the holiday. Can you believe it, not a drop of water at certain times of the day and none at all during the balance of the day?
Can you imagine people refusing to answer the telephone when communicated with during this period? I know of an acquaintance who I have faith in and not even he is answering his phone. The situation remained this way up to 10 am yesterday, 22nd March 2019. I hope someone would look into the possibility of returning water to normalcy. Not even a drop of water we are receiving.
