Dear Editor,
It is good to see the public hospital management is finally taking decisive action against the impeding of its vehicles’ movements in and out of the hospital compound.
This situation has been allowed to fester for too long and became untenable. The taxis in particular were really an unruly lot in an area that should be demarcated free of all hindrances.
I suppose the situation recently where the fire tender was impeded from gaining timely and easy access to the hospital compound was the catalyst that prompted this decision.
Better late than never.
