The Guyana Elections Commission (GECOM) today said that all arrangements are in place for a recount of votes from the March 2nd general elections under CARICOM’s supervision.

It however said it is awaiting a signed agreement between President David Granger and Opposition Leader Bharrat Jagdeo and CARICOM.

The count will take place at the Arthur Chung conference centre.
