Guyana confirms 23 COVID-19 cases

Deputy Chief Medical Officer (DCMO) Dr. Karen Gordon-Boyle today announced that up to April 2nd, the number of confirmed novel coronavirus disease (COVID-19) cases in Guyana had increased from 19 to 23.

She also reported that the number of deaths attributed to the disease remained at four, while the number of persons tested to date has increased from 75 to 83.
