The Public Procurement Commission (PPC) yesterday announced that it has debarred Mohan Surujpaul trading as M Surujpaul General Construction and General Service from bidding for state contracts for three years.
In a notice in yesterday’s Guyana Chronicle, the PPC said that the debarment ground is contained in Regulation 3(1)(h) of the debarment regulations 2019 which empowers the Commission to debar a contractor who has “supplied false information in the process of submitting a bid…”
The ineligibility period runs from 02/04/2020 to 01/04/2023.
The address for M Surujpaul Trading was listed as 57 Market Street, Mon Repos, East Coast Demerara.
