Hashim Alli

Franchise holder of the local pageant Hashim Alli will host this week’s programme. Along with their pageant experiences he intends to shed light on their lives outside the pageant arena as well.

Meanwhile, Hashim took the opportunity to mention that this year the local pageant organization has taken the initiative to add a segment for men and some 15 have already applied. However, only 5 or 6 will be selected to compete. On the other hand, a total of 60 women have applied for the Miss, Teen and Mrs pageants which will also be shortlisted.

Alli went on to add that because of the current coronavirus situation, the date for the coronation has been postponed. However, the selected contestants are expected to have virtual training with pageant coach Alicia Bess, who is responsible for all of the women’s training as well as the intelligence segment for the men. Other training for the men will be done by another coach.
