Dear Editor,
In my letter “What new Gov’t should do” (SN, 9th June 2020) I mentioned some things that I feel the next Government should consider doing.
I would like to make additions to that list:
1) Reduce personal income tax and corporation tax to 25%.
2) Support GuySuCo with subsidies safeguarding thousands of jobs to prevent socioeconomic problems until a job creation plan kicks in.
3) Support Georgetown with a subsidy or interest free soft loan.
4) Practice “Inclusive Governance” which is not the same as “Shared Governance”
