With the recent appointment of the Director of Sport, the National Sports Commission (NSC) is now complete.

Ninvalle was recently appointed Director of Sport, and will serve as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the NSC.

Prior to Ninvalle’s appointment,  a six-member NSC Board of Directors was identified.

The six are president of the Guyana Cricket Board (GCB) Bissoondyal Singh, Kashif Muhammad (NSC Chairman), Dellon Davidson, Cheteram Ramdial, Cristy Campbell (president of the Guyana Tennis Association) and Philip Fernandes (president of the Guyana Hockey Board).

The National Sports Commission is responsible for the promotion of sports in Guyana and the commission will now be tasked with achieving its objectives.
