According to information gathered, the ministry’s vehicle was proceeding west along the Number Three Village Public Road while Ledra was proceeding in the said direction behind the vehicle.

Ledra was described as a quiet, helpful and kind individual. Relatives last evening after being informed rushed to the Fort Wellington Hospital. His family was unable to provide much information as one relative noted that they are still trying to come to terms with the news of his death.
