Dear Editor,
Many Guyanese were pleased with the good work that Dr. Vincent Adams was doing at the EPA. The EPA, under Dr. Adams was deemed, by myself, as probably the only functioning Government Agency. Today it is seen as merely a “rubber-stamp” and, as such, is not living up to the expectations of Guyanese. That agency had a bite under Dr. Adams; now it is seen as toothless. The Government can, and should approach Dr. Adams, to continue his work at the EPA. I don’t know if Dr. Adams is willing to serve at EPA as he may have other commitments.
