Norton to consult executive on dialogue with Ali

Aubrey Norton yesterday said that he will seek guidance from the party’s executive as to whether to seek an audience with President Irfaan Ali and for the second day running, the new PNCR leader talked tough on pressuring the government and the elections commission on key issues.

Diamond to Mocha road opens

In addition to significantly reducing the traffic congestion faced daily by commuters on the East Bank Demerara, the new Diamond to Mocha interlink road will open up between 300-400 acres of land for  industrial and commercial development, President Irfaan Ali said yesterday morning.
