Job fair to be hosted for construction of Exxon head office

The NABI\KCL Oilfield Construction Services Guyana will be hosting a job-fair on Saturday, 26th February at ExxonMobil’s Guyana office complex construction site at the Eugene F Correia International Airport, East Coast Demerara,

The fair will commence at 10 am and end at 2 pm.  An advertisement in yesterday’s Kaieteur News announced that “NABI/KCL is currently constructing a new office complex for ExxonMobil Guyana at the Ogle Airport, East Coast Demerara [and] on Saturday, 26th February, we will be holding a job fair to enable persons to come along to the project site and register their interest in obtaining employment.”

The skills required by the company are: general labour, tradespersons (all building trades), welders\fabricators, equipment operators, engineers (civil, building, electrical, and mechanical), construction supervisors, office administration, safety personnel, and commercial management (related to construction operations). 

The release urged persons not to miss the opportunity to join a dynamic construction team and to be a part of building a high-tech, high quality project for Guyana.  

Interested persons are required to have in their possession their national identification card, COVID-19 vaccination card, and any evidence of qualifications or a CV.
