Mohamed’s Enterprise is constructing a state-of-the-art office building on Lamaha Street.
This was disclosed in a release on its Team Mohamed’s Facebook page yesterday.
Company official Azruddin Mohamed visited the construction site yesterday where he got a firsthand view of the works that are being done.
Upon completion, the release said that the building will be rented out to businesses taking into consideration the high demands for office space as a result of Guyana’s booming oil and gas sector.
The state-of-the-art building will be equipped with elevators and other amenities. The ground floor of the building will be designated as the parking area.
With the foundation now being laid, the project will create job opportunities for hundreds of persons in the construction sector. The deadline for the completion of the multi-million-dollar facility is set for July 2023.
