The Ministry of Health has recorded a total of 42 new COVID-19 cases after conducting 289 more tests.
According to the ministry’s updated COVID-19 dashboard, the new cases were recorded from Region Two (3 cases), Region Three (15 cases), Region Four (12), Region Six (4) and Region Seven (8).
In addition, the updated dashboard showed that 3 persons were in the COVID-19 Intensive Care Unit (ICU), while 33 were in institutional isolation and 824 in home isolation.
The country’s death toll remained at 1,256.
