GFC trounces Order and Discipline 9-0

Georgetown Football Club (GFC), Western Tigers, and the Guyana Police Force (GPF) recorded contrasting victories, when the Georgetown Football Association (GFA) Senior Men’s League continued yesterday at the National Training Centre, Providence.

GFC thrashed Order and Discipline 9-0. Ravi Coates registered a hat-trick in the seventh, 13th and 20th minute, alongside a Lavaughn Enniss three-goal haul in the ninth, 17th and 38th minute. Supporting with conversions in the 22nd, 35th and 41st minute respectively were Rickford Edmonds, Daniel Ross, and Marlon Nedd.

Similarly, Western Tigers mauled Camptown 3-0. The trident of William Europe, Jermaine Beckles, and Seon Taylor etched their name on the scorer’ sheet in the fifth, 11th, and 30th minute respectively.

Meanwhile, GPF arrested Santos 2-0. A second-half brace from Nicholas MacArthur in the 62nd, and 72nd minute sealed the result for the lawmen.
