Ann’s Grove dismantled Victoria Scorpions, while Buxton Stars edged Mahaica Determinators when the East Demerara Football Association Stag Beer Senior Men’s League continued on Friday.
Staged at the Buxton Community Centre ground, Ann’s Grove brushed aside Victoria Scorpions 4-0. The quartet of Philip Williams, Dellon Wright, Denver Dennis, and Jaden Grandvilladin scored in the eighth, 22nd, 66th, and 69th minute respectively.
On the other hand, Buxton Stared needled Mahaica 2-1. Cassy Parris and Neil Hutson scored in the 20th and 75th minute respectively. For the loser, Steve Petrie found the back of the net in the 11th minute.
