Alferny Cantzlar has been charged with the offence of escaping from lawful custody contrary to Section 340 of the Criminal Law Offences Act Chapter 8:01.
A release from the police said that the accused appeared at the Diamond/Golden Grove Magistrate’s Court before Principal Magistrate Judy Latchman on 2022/10/13, where the charge was read to him and he pleaded not guilty.
He was remanded to prison until the 28th October, 2022, the police said.
