Mwange Smith, called Brandon Roberson, a 19-year-old unemployed of no fixed place of abode, was arrested on 2022/10/12 by a Police rank of the Beterverwagting Police Station and charged with armed robbery committed on Himwattie Ramraj.
The police yesterday said that he appeared at the Sparendaam Magis-trate’s Court #2 before Magistrate Alisha George where the charge was read to him and he pleaded not guilty. Bail was refused and he was remanded to prison.
The matter was adjourned for 2022/11/25 for a report.
