Milerock edged Hi-Stars 3-2 when the Upper Demerara Football Association (UDFA) senior men’s league continued Sunday evening at the Mackenzie Sports Club ground, Linden.
The trident of Tyrese Lewis, Mikel Jeffers and Rayon Ramdoll scored in the fourth, 29th and 70th minute respectively for the victors. On target in the loss with a double was Shemiah Samuels in the 85th and 89th minute apiece.
In the U17 section of the event, Coomacka edged newcomer Golden Stars 1-0. Corey Charles found the back of the net in the 65th minute.
