Reference is made to the letter “NIS apparently defective record keeping practices played a major role in their refusal to pay my pension”. This letter was published in Sunday October 23, 2022 edition of the Stabroek newspaper. The National Insurance Scheme wishes to have this matter resolved for G. Fenell as soon as possible and is therefore inviting the Insured Person to visit the Public Rela-tions Unit, Brickdam and Winterplace Georgetown at the earliest opportunity.
