Police in Regional Division #2 arrested and charged Ustus Dhari, a 33-year-old hire car driver of Lima Public Road, Essequibo Coast with the Possession of Narcotics for the purpose of Trafficking, to wit 2.7 grammes of cocaine.
Yesterday, the defendant appeared at the Charity Magistrate’s Court before Magistrate Esther Sam. The defendant pleaded not guilty to the charge.
Bail was granted in the sum of $10,000. The case was postponed for 2022-12-05 for disclosure of statements.
