Delvoy Williams, age 25, and Joshua Archer, age 22, both of Robert Road Plaisance, East Coast Demerara, were arrested on January 6th by ranks of the Beterverwagting Police Station and charged jointly yesterday with possession of a firearm without licence, possession of narcotics for the purpose of trafficking and possession of ammunition without a licence.
Both accused appeared at the Sparendaam Magistrate’s Court #1 before Magistrate Alisha George, where the charges were read to them, and they pleaded not guilty. Both defendants were remanded to prison until 2023/02/01.
