The Ministry of Health yesterday said that an 84-year-old man from Region Six is the most recent COVID fatality.
The man whose vaccination status is unknown succumbed to the novel coronavirus on February 1st at the Infectious Diseases Hospital at Liliendaal. The country’s death toll from the pandemic is now 1,296.
Yesterday’s dashboard showed five new cases of the virus. One person is in the ICU.
